The products we sell are unbranded. HomeLoveElec is a retailer and is not the manufacturer. Each product is physically inspected before it is offered for sale. We describe products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions, weights, maximum loads and recommended ages. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and some lifestyle photos may show props that are not included – the product description lists exactly what you receive.

Adult supervision is required when children use our products. Please follow the age recommendations and safety information on each product page.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Shopify's secure checkout using the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or stock error, a payment problem, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we refund the full amount charged.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Orders are fulfilled from our own warehouse in South Dakota, USA, and shipped to U.S. addresses only. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Website content

The original text, graphics and design of this website belong to HomeLoveElec or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish website content for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on our website and in our marketing. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated to our products.
